urban lake

I made a zoom in picture incase you missed the "urban lake" sign.

So on one of the walking paths I frequent there is an "urban lake" that I always see people fishing in. It amuses me - urban lake. It is off a strip of road in a semi-industrial area of the city. It's really weird spot, you would never expect it there. But I love that it is there. And that they stock it with trout and catfish. That is a cool thing about Virginia, among all the buildings and pavement, they have managed to leave in a lot of nature for us "city" slickers to enjoy. 

This picture makes the urban lake look WAY better than it does in real life.
