
Leftovers (this is a great recipe):
Take a roll (or two or three), split in half, place a cold chunk of holiday specific meat (ham, turkey, steak) in the middle. Meanwhile have a plate of holiday specific potato side dish (cheesy, mashed, roasted) heating in the microwave. Pull it out, place little roll sandwiches on side and have at it. But don't forget to leave room for dessert (unless you ate it as an appetizer before you started this mess).
I love holiday leftovers.
