
Susan made the most colorful beautiful dish for dinner tonight. It's a recipe from
The Pioneer Woman called
Asian Noodle Salad. It is healthy and makes enough to feed an
army. We ended up adding a little more soy sauce and brown sugar than it called for but otherwise followed the recipe. Next time we will keep a little more membrane in the chopped jalapeno and I would cut the noodles down a little, maybe just 3/4 a package. I might make it for the boys at work - if it's not too healthy for them.
