prostitution free zone

Much to the disappointment of sleazy men everywhere, you will not find any free prostitutes walking DC street corners adorned with these signs. Sorry. In an effort to curb prostitution in DC, the Chief of Police has ordered certain areas to be deemed "prostitution free zones" making prostituting ones self illegal in these areas. Because it was legal before??? My favorite part is that the signs have an effective date, yes, there is a start and an end date to the order. Nice. So just give it a couple days and scumbags, the ladies of the night will be back.
