solidarity

Susan called today and said she wanted to make cinnamon rolls. Since she has never made them and I have made them once, that made me the expert. An expert who may or may not have miscounted the cups of flour we added ... because when I went to punch it down - this happened. Oops. But easily rectified.

They turned out good. We followed PW's recipe (follow link) which is pretty basic. Only we made cream cheese frosting instead of PW's maple frosting. They were good for a day or two, but got a little dry after that. But even dry, with enough frosting, they were good.
