long underwear

note to self: for winter you might want to invest in something a little taller than ankle socks.

I just rediscovered long underwear. I have a pair. I occasionally have thrown them on while volunteering because the girls bunkroom at that station only has a space heater and the uniforms are not much protection. Other than that I haven't taken advantage of them too much. So last night I pulled them on to guard my hiney from freezing while sitting on metal benches at a friend's softball game. Ingenious. 

I slid the thermal material over my legs and all of the sudden I had a fitted shield of protection. Then I pulled my jeans on over the thermal underwear and I suddenly had a hidden shield of protection. I was like super woman. I might as well have has a hidden red cape underneath too. I was nice and warm all night with my super underwear. So welcome back into my life long underwear. I didn't realize that I missed you so much.
