cloud hunting

Today I was hunting clouds. It is a very dangerous sport - I'm serious! I was driving to work this evening when I saw this huge cloud with the sun dipping behind it. It made an awesome silver lining and beautiful rays shooting from the edges. So I tried to capture it.

The chase was a tough one with the sun setting, the cloud moving, and me driving. I know. That is dumb and unsafe, shooting clouds while driving.

But here's the thing - almost the entire back face of my camera is screen so I just aim the camera towards the cloud, quickly glance at my screen so make sure I'm in the general area, and shoot. That's the beauty of digital cameras.

I must have taken three dozen shots en route. These are the what I captured from my hunting.
