tasty kitchen

So I spent my day off Monday taking a much needed rest. As I perused my favorite websites I was pleased to see that The Pioneer Woman has started a new website called Tasty Kitchen. It is a recipe compilation website like Allrecipes where you can add your own recipes and, if you like, link back to your blog.

For some reason I felt compelled to join. So I spent the afternoon adding recipes, looking back and searching for photos of them, and then planning my dinner around a recipe I could photograph. So tortilla soup for dinner it was. And buttermilk brownies. Doht! The sacrifices I make for the craft.

Also, for some reason, you can link to your friends on the site. So if you join, you can be my friend (CamRose). And Shea's. And rate my recipes so I don't feel lame and have no red mitts.
