a good surprise

Steph, Ash & Me

Today Ashley and Steph showed up at my work. They brought me treats from a lunch that they had gone to. Well, sort of. Poor Ash and Steph got stuck on an overpass in traffic for an hour on the way to the Park and dug into the plate of desserts. They did leave some for me (or so they say) but apparently when they came to the firehouse, the sight of Tom scared Steph so much that she dropped the plate of treats face down on the floor. Tom has that affect on people. 

The ladies let me sequester them to the girls bunkroom and vent about something, which was really appreciated. Then, when the boys were out grabbing dinner, we took some photos. We entertain ourselves pretty easily. 

Ash and Steph stayed for dinner, did some football watching with the "family" and headed out. It was really nice to see them. It made my Sunday a good one. Thanks friends.
