keep it real fool

Tonight I went to visit my friends Maggie and Brandon. After they got married in December they moved up to B-more where Brandon had just started a new job. I had the pleasure of being their 10th dinner guest tonight. Maggie "made" stuffed shells, I "made" a great winter mix salad. We caught up on things. I saw pictures from their honeymoon in Cancun, Brandon has some great swim trunks. I love conversations with Maggie, she is such a gracious talker, has insightful questions and knows how to make everyone included. 

For dessert we had chocolate chip butterscotch cookies that they made. You may not be able to tell but there is a giant heart shaped cookie in the middle. They are a fancy couple. We had some girl talk, Brandon found out how painful it was to be in the women's inner circle. He doled out boy advice "Keep it real fool." Thanks Dr. B-love. Then we played some softball. It was great catching up with them again.
