After nine months hosting a parasite and 5 hours of labor, this young girl (above) became a Mother. My Mother. If she knew back then what the task ahead would really entail, she may have sent me back. Luckily she did not and now, 28 years later, she has helped shape the lives of four people and endeared them to her forever. Thank you Mom for all you did then and all you do now. I am glad you are my Mother and friend.
