jogging inspiration

As I pulled into the library today this octogenarian was slowly but surely jogging through the parking lot. He was wearing some jogging pants and a long sleeve button-up collared shirt. The cute old man had curls of hair coming out of his ears and was working hard to keep up the 2 mph pace. He is my hero. And will be my inspiration next time I decide to hit the pavement.
