And now lets talk about the cakes. I just finished eating the last piece of the cake on the right. It is heavenly but oh
so rich. The white cake is a lemon cake with lemon buttercream frosting. The other is a chocolate peanut butter cup cake with peanut butter dark chocolate ganache.

The lemon cake was fantastic. It was light and just the right combination of sweet and tangy. It was a hit and gone by then end of the night. The chocolate peanut butter cake was one that I saw on
Bakerella last month. It is a chocolate cake with peanut butter cups baked inside. It was then covered with a dark chocolate peanut butter ganache and covered with chopped peanut butter cups.

It sounded like the perfect cake. I was ready to eat an entire half and let the others fight over the rest. But it was
so ultra rich. I was put in my place by a moderate size slice. I was ashamed that I could not put away more. If you are going to make this cake yourself, maybe just make a regular semi-sweet or milk chocolate ganache - I think the dark chocolate and peanut butter might have pushed it over the edge. The deliciously rich chocoholic edge.
