Since my shift was stuck working Christmas Eve, I decided to do something that made me think of being home at Christmastime. I made cinnamon rolls for everyone to take home to their families Christmas morning and for the shift that was stuck working Christmas Day to enjoy and some to take to friends.
See my Dad likes to make potato dough cinnamon rolls for the people he Home Teaches. He has all intentions of making them before Christmas, but it seems that often times he ends up waiting until the last minute and making them on Christmas morning. This disrupts my Mom's breakfast plans and the day starts off disorganized but always turns out delicious because in the end we all gather around the table and share in a phenomenal breakfast before opening presents as a family.

were these the Pioneer Womans??? I made these too and delivered them to my neighbors!! So yum!
