Today I picked up my new sunglasses. I have been waiting for them for three years. I figured that before I forked out the money, I should make sure I could keep a pair for a substantial amount of time, you know, like a grown up.
So what is so great about a pair of sunglasses that it would inspire me to start a blog. Is it that I waited so long to purchase them? Is it that they are real Oakley's (unlike my usual Foakley's from Tiajuana)? Is it that they are prescription and I LOVE them?!?!
I was so giddy with my new prescription Oakley's (driving down the street with my eyes all happy and shaded and seeing street signs clearly) that I thought I should keep track of all the things that make me happy. Often they are little. Often they are stupid. But if they bring a smile to my face, maybe they can bring one to yours too.
Also, since I live to far away from my family and friends hopefully this will be a good way for them to keep tabs on my life too. Miss you guys.
